Moderation Queue

is their a way where when a user who joins, be auto placed in moderation quere till reach of certain post count.

or place in it.

I also want the same thing to be happen...!!!

That when a user post 100 post he or she will be automatically transfered to Moderator group without doing by Admin...!!
