You would have to request the SQL Database from Adam. Whether he would give it to you is another thing, I don't know if he will allow you to change hosts.

We plan on having a process for changing hosts in the future, for a price. We do not offer this yet, though, as it will come later in the future.

I'm not so sure about the embedding of your forum in your blog, though.

You could use RSS feeds to integrate your forum with a blog or website.
