Hi all,

Whilst I see that the presentation looks good, the internal package is going down hill. I see a attempt at support, support tickets are not answered for days and support questions left unanswered in the forums.

You guys are actually providing a good service just the customer support is a tad on the slow side. If there are guidlines and rules that we must follow then surely if you are serious about this then where are your guidlines for support shown.

Now I wouldnt mind so much if this was a free programs and came with a sign that said "Use it but has no support", but you advertise a support system and even support tickets. So I do care,

Compared to other services out there then I have to score

Looks 7/10
Features 5/10
Updates 2/10
Support 2/10

Support forums are more member to member for questions and ansewers.

Paid Support could be an option in the future.
Please don't PM me for support. Try to post a topic allows other people to learn.

We do our best to respond to support requests as soon as possible.

I've changed my email address at the support tickets center to one where I am alerted about new emails in my browser so I'll be able to see them right away. Hopefully this will let me see new support tickets (and respond) faster.
