Have you just posted this to acquire yourself a large amount of MyBucks?
It doesn't matter even if you didn't, because this shouldn't be posted on here anyway. It's not your work and you don't have the author's permission to post it here do you? The author clearly states that it isn't to be reproduced on any site without their permission and if permission is granted it the guide should remain in .txt format. This is just blatent plagerism and it's illegal, so it's not allowed to be posted here. This thread is closed and all of your MyBucks will soon be withdrawn from your user account.
