Date and time format

Hello,

I was testing the Admin CP and I wanted to change the Date AND time format. I see some codes, and I would appreciate if someone could explain in a few words the Time-format (default +10) and how I can change it to let's say, one hour extra?

And my second question is how can I change the Time-format to '24 Hours' and not AM, PM?

So I wan't help with the following (poinst I didn't find in this forum):

1) Default Timezone Offset +10
2) Time Format h:i A

So whats the code if I want to change 1 hour extra (1) and if I want to set as default 24H instead of AM,PM?

It would be +11 and for 24H instead of AM,PM, it'll be: H:i
