Okay, you know how vbulletin have it setup to have it up the top and not the side of forum, (Like AdminFusion) (Justin will know what that is).. Is there a plugin or mod installed for it?
Or is there a setting i have to change to get it?

It's possible with a few template changes (changing around some of the tables, etc). Not too sure though if there is a mod for this.

You'd have to change some templates - I've actually done this for a 1.2 forum, but not a 1.1 one, so either you'll have to figure it out on your own for now (or with the help of someone else) or wait until the 1.2 upgrade where I can tell you what I did
