List of buttons

Is there a list anywhere of all the buttons a Createmybb needs and which template files they reside in so I can add them? My board lost all its buttons when I skinned it. I've managed to put about half of them back. It's also got a color safety issue that I'm trying to fix.

I could put all of the MyBB images in a zip file that's available for download, if you'd like.

That might work. What I need as much as the button names is the locations in the template that I need to change. Fortunately, the broken images still have working links underneath them, and even if it takes a bit of time, I can finish making all the buttons.

The tutorial on changing the buttons on your theme lists all the templates in which the buttons can be found.

When you change your theme's URL, it changes all of the images that are specific to the theme. So, all of the buttons, post status icons, forum status icons, etc. are all changed when you change the theme's URL. You don't have to go through and edit each template unless they are using a different file type (I believe all are .gif in MyBB by default).
