How do I change skin?

I want to ask u, how do I upload a skin that is made by those themer at MyBB forum?

Hi xiaozhu

to upload skin just do this:

• download theme
  
• go to your ACP
  
• go to themes>import then browse the downloaded theme in your comp to be imported
  then click the import theme button.
  

next time you go to the themes>modify/delete you can
now see the imported theme

Thanks eNigma, but you will also have to change the links to all of the images. Or, you may visit our Skin Zone (http://skinzone.createmybb.com), where you may only download the .xml files, and import them. The theme will work perfectly if you get it from the skin zone.

I am having trouble with the directions given. I uploaded the theme just like you said, but when I go back to Themes> Modify/Delete the imported theme doesn't come up but it did say that the upload was successful. Also I was using an .xml format file.
