Skin problum-"Skin going Crash when a Add a logo to my forum"

I use DigitART Xtreme theme.

it ok with default Logo of Theme

When i add a new logo to my forum The skin going in a Bad maner...

then i delete the theme then again imported, It Right now with default logo but again Crash when i Add a new hosted Image as my logo

Help me

[isnt my image has any problum? Gime size of logo fit on that Theme i like it more]
