hi, how do you get the banners for like the 'mods' and admins, the ones that are right under the name but above the avatar?

You mean the little image ranks for Mod SuperMod etc? There are many proggies that can make them,like BannerMaker Pro or Seleteco Bannershop GIF Animator,or if you go to

Do you already have the images? If so, you can upload them to a place like Imageshack. Then get the URL from there, and go here:

Admin CP -> Users and Groups -> Manage Groups -> * usergroup * -> Edit Usergroup -> Go -> Group Image

Change the group image to the URL from the place you uploaded it to!

AND you can set the images below avatar:

Admin CP -> Templates -> Modify / Delete -> expand (the one of the theme you use -> Postbit Templates -> postbit -> edit
