Hi to everybody.
I hope that someone can help me. In my admin panel i have done a great mistake. I'm the board founder in my "Users and Groups" --> "Admin Permissions" i have unwantable set on myself the option "not edit admin permissions" and so now i (and nobody else) can enter "Admin Permissions" in fact ...

Access Denied
You do not have permission to access this part of the administration control panel.

May i recover this my error or not and how must i procede?
