I took a quick overview of the TOS and notice that pornography/nudity is not included within the prohibited content. Does this mean you allow such content to be posted?
Frankly, I don't see a problem with that.

I thought it was there at some point, it must've accidentally been removed. I'll add it to it once I double check with Jon to make sure he didn't remove it on purpose... I don't see why he would've.

No we do not allow pornography/nudity.
I thought that was in it too.

At the time of this post, the terms of service have been updated. If any existing boards do have pornography, nudity, or other adult content, they are breaking the Terms of Service and can be terminated unless they remove said content ASAP.
