[Solved] concerning smilies
#1
Quote:a picture can paint a thousand words... lol

I have a question about smilies if it
is possible to use direct link because I tried
and it did not work. Sad The images show in the
smiley box but when i I tried to use them
they didn't show in the post instead the
names appeared.

I already add the smilies in the add multiple
smilies and I am not satisfied Toungue
hmmm... well I added an attachment in my post
and the zip file contains 15 smilies that I would
like to be added. They are really cool smilies and I think
they fit in mybb forums Big Grin

Done, just log in to your Admin CP, navigate to:

Message Filters
* Smilie Manager

Click "Add Multiple Smilies", and then click "Browse For Smilies". There should be a list of smilies that are currently not added to your forum.

Thanks!

There is a "News and Updates Discussion" forum, where we post a thread for discussion of the announcement. I just checked the permissions for that forum, and it says members are allowed to post replies to it.

Should we add a link to the discussion thread in each announcement to make it easier to find where to discuss?
