New plugins are gone?

I'm missing something obvious. I want to add a new plugin (tapatalk) but when I click on the plugins menu item, all I see are my active ones. No new ones at all.

Any idea what I have done? It must be something stupid.

Forum is cb1300.createmybb4.com

Plugins have to be suggested and we manually put them in the plugin area to be installed.

Fixed was a couple bad plugins with old code updated mostly.
