Having issues with attachments not showing up and a warning

I'm getting this message when I click on a user's name:
MyBB Internal: One or more warnings occurred. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

The following warnings occurred:

And, when I try and add attachment it is not working.  The reactions plugin not working as well.   Do I need to do something with the plugins like deactivate and reactivate?

Try deactivating the profile visitors plugin and see if that helps

It did work.   I deactivated and reactivated the plugin for reactions and it's not working still.  What about that and the attachments?

When clicking the green arrow to go to an unread post I'm getting this:

Anything else displayed? Post any unique full error message you get.
And did all of this just start happening today??

Will try to take a look still busy from recovering from this morning.

Sure, thanks.   I'm asking board members to give me data on anything not working.   So far this is the list.   I'm guessing it's related to what went on this morning with the power outage.  Thanks for the help!
