You cannot change your forum's subdomain (your subdomain is the webadress - such as the support forum's subdomain is 'support' because you can find it at support.createmybb.com).
However, you can change the forum name by going to:
Admin CP -> Board Settings -> Change -> General Configuration -> Board Name
