Can this be installed, please? I've always wanted something like this in my forums so I can tell people why they are banned and other things. I think this would be great.

It has been uploaded. Now all you need to do is:
Admin CP -> Board Settings -> Plugin Manager -> Public Ban Information -> Activate
The page will be located at pbi.php at your forums. For instance, yoursite.createmybb.com/pbi.php
