Unusual Taptalk settings issue

HI

I have been using Taptalk with my forum

http://waacers.createmybb3.com/

for some time but today when I checked the settings I found the setting options have duplicated themselves several dozen times in change settings section ?
Can someone please check this for me?

Ive sent you a screen shot but basically it just shows the tapatalk settings repeated many times in the general configuration.

and you cannot uninstall or deactivate it as my board comes up with a php error (one line) so I have to reactive it and then the board is working again.

Can you get the exact php error on the board?

yes its uninstalled and the multiple settings are gone.Thnx
Just one further question
What version of gallery are we upto because I get a warning message its not the latest version?
