New plugin User Tagging!

Added a new plugin to be used for all forums called User Tagging
You can now tag people in posts such as
@Jon

Upon tagging, a PM will optionally be sent from you to the user you tagged, notifying them they have been tagged.

What does the tag do? Does it create a link to there profile?

Did you enable the plugin and then set it up using the plugin settings.

Lol for real? That's what I was like wtf then i re-read it... "I don't know, read over the plugins READ ME", Read me is a file that usually has instructions or steps included with the plugin that you download before installing. But, there's nothing in the read me on this question.
