How to do I Shut Down My Website?

I want to shutdown my website because CreateMyBB3 doesn't allow me to do the things I want to do on my website for an example change theme backround on the whole website and change website address and how the website system should work.

How do I shutdown the website?
My website is called: TheModGame.CreateMyBB3.com

I think there is a setting to disable it to guests that would do the trick.
