How do I change the subdomain name from .createmybb3.com to .cmybb.com? It says you can use a different subdomain but I never got that option when I created my forum.
Is it too late to change it now?

The subdomain can not be changed.
But you can buy a custom domain and have it parked at your forum to use instead
