My forums doesn't have "import theme"

I was watching some video tutorials on how to edit the forum theme on myBB 3 and noticed that there should be an extra tab in templates & styles beside "create new theme" called "import theme" For some reason my forum does not have this feature and I would like to know why.

Have not yet added it for createmybb3.com forums maybe coming soon.

I've also got this, this needs to come soon to be honest as I want to upload a special theme I had made for me.
