Theme help

Hello there! I recently tried to install a theme on my mybb forums which are located here. The theme is AFresh Flame and I got most of it completed but when I previewed my forum, it has some things missing. :huh:

1. There was meant to be some type of scalelines on the black background
2. The control panels were in the wrong place + Admin & Mod didn't have icons next to them like they should
3. There was the wrong icons

I was wondering if you could help me.

If you can, I would appreciate it very much as I would like my forum looking exciting.
