How do I add userbars on the forums, as in get a userbar to show what kind of rank they are, say Admin or Mod...

Also, in mybb3 how can I also add new icons, I can't find a topic that relates to the new version

For the userbars {ranks}> go to the ACP> User Titles>
This will show things like Senior Member, Junior Member etc.

You cannot add anything currently that involves your forums appearance.
