How do I add a phpBB theme?

I was wondering if I can use this theme: http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=165241

And if so how do I import it, I tried with the zip file and the cfg file, but was unable doing so.

You can only use themes that are at the skin zone or ones that are made in CreateMyBB (or made to work for CreateMyBB). phpBB skins will not work with MyBB. You'll have to get permission from the author to convert it, or ask the author to convert it.

my gosh, that theme is horrible because it isn't
fluid and the layout breaks when you try to
increase+ the texts size and worst the texts are
not resizable in IE and I suspect the author used
a pixel unit for the texts.
