My Posts & Threads Vanished!

All 3000 or so threads have vanished from my Forum.

I here you do not create back ups aswel.

I moved my posts into another forum I just made.

Then I deleted the one with no posts and all the forums went

all posts!

Its actually "Our members have made a total of 3,139 posts in 691 threads."

But if you read my article, you do not create back ups, so they have vanished

The query I ran on the database says the posts still exist.

What forum where they in? Did you merge any forums or delete forums?

I moved them to another forum, then deleted the forum which the posts were moved from.

Yes, my totals say I the correct post, but they are not their, the forums have gone, taking my posts with them.

Fact is, I didn't even delete the forum with the posts in!

Anyway to get them back?

Possibly look at my second post and replace

Replace ### with the forum id and see if a forum no longer exists

look, here is a thread from the posts, it says 'forum invalid'

found in the forum statistics under threads with the most views, this was a thread that must have vanished.

It says that is from FID = 4
I can move those posts to empty forum if you create one.
Says there are about 221 posts

yeah, sounds great. are they actually visible to you? any forums with about a thousand posts in there aswell.

any threads/posts except the ones in 'FFE Forum or Lounge' can be moved.

The new forum is called 'spare forum'
