Reputation Points Question

Is there anyway to modify the code for the Reputation Points system so that it records who gave/took the points? Even if it isn't seen by the people themselves, but maybe just kept as a list in the Admin Home? I only ask because someone on my board has been abusing the system. I have turned off the ability for now, but since not everyone is causing the problem, it seems unfair.

You can edit their account in Admin CP so he can't give reps. Just go to Admin CP>Users and Groups>Search for Users, then type his name in and click search, then select him from the list. You can edit him from there.

Well, the only problem is that we don't have proof that it's who we know it is because screen names aren't recorded for reputation points. That's what I like to find a way to do really, is have a record of who's giving what point, even if it's just a list in the Admin CP.

Just some discrete list like:
<SN of Changer, SN of Target, Points given/taken, Date/Time>

Nothing fancy.
