Locked out of forum

the admin who registered the site has quit the forum, but he removed the other admins and shut down the forum.

How does one reopen the fourm?

Wait- I just read again and I got mistaken. I think he just wants to give up the forum HE made. He can close it if he wants to if he made it.

I dont want to close it, nor do the members. But the one admin who made the forum closed it.

I am just wondering if we can re open it without him.

And you should also ask him is you could manage it yourselves. Go ask him. Maybe you could be another admnistrator on his new site! And own his old one!
