How can i change my own logo/Banner on my forum site?

To change your logo, you can upload it to a place like ImageShack, copy the DIRECT URL to the image (I think it is the last one on that page) and then go into Admin CP -> Themes -> Modifiy/Delete -> * YOUR THEME * -> Edit Theme Style -> Forum Logo and then delete whatever was in that textbox and paste the URL of your uploaded image there. That should work

Did you then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Update Theme"?
