ok im asking how can u make a shoutbox in this forum and make different skins? plz help

In your admin directory (/admin) look for a shoutbox under the plugin section and activate it.

For themes look under 'themes'.

umm where is the plug ins?

in admin cp find plugin manager in the list on the right, click it, then find the shoutbox from the list of plug ins and press activate

nope,dont see plugin anager

its under board setting in the admin cp menu on the left when you log into admin cp
