CreateMyBB Support Forums - Plugins not showing

My new forum (https://cameradiscussion.createmybb4.com/index.php) doesn't seem to want to activate plugins. I can go to one (e.g. the Like plugin) and click on activate. I get a message saying it's been activated, but there are none showing. And the Like system isn't active when I go to the forum.

Also tried it with another one - same results.

Any thoughts?

Which plugins? I do not have much time right now to check in depth....

The LIke one doesn't do anything when I activate it.

But then none of the others do either.

Jon, something is broken. My other forum (cb1300.createmybb4.com) won't allow me to add any new plugins. Existing ones are OK.
