I vaguely remember that (it may not have been here) you could change the maximum number of PM's a user could have. But I cannot find where to set it.

Is it changeable in these forums? If so, where do you do it?

Admin CP > Users and Groups > Groups > click options for required group > Edit Group > Users and Permissions tab > change "Message Quota" near the bottom of the page > Save group settings.
