CreateMyBB Support Forums

The icon in front of a forum with a new post is not changing to indicate a recent post. (Two tone grey circle to black).

I'm not sure what the default time limit is on this, but even a new post several seconds, several minutes, or several hours old is still not updating. 

I did my best to search for a solution to this in the various settings, documentation, and support forum but couldn't find anything.

Are you using the default style?

Yes. Everything is the default except for the header image.

Also, I'm not using any plugins. Here is the forum in question, https://missionpeakscouts.createmybb4.com/

I just had a look (as an aside, I do Scouting in the UK) and I can see new posts.
