CreateMyBB Support Forums

I just want to say that the who's online shown at the bottom of this forum does not say who is online.But when i view who is online i see guests online what is going on this forum should be active like mybb forums.And i am starting to think i have joined the wrong host as i thought all mybb forums where the same.I am not able to upload plugins or choose a theme what is going on here

This is the old version of the software I haven't upgraded createmybb.com in a while now.
Createmybb3.com has all the new forums

How come Jon and why has this place lost activity

Too hard to upgrade no time. The site is not promoted.

I can help and promote the site on my forum it might help or even in my signature in my forums
