how do I up load the file required to run it?

It's already uploaded. You need to go into your ACP, and go to your Plugins Manager to activate it.

If you want to edit something regarding to the MyBB war, you can easily do it within the option fields. (Also via the templates section, for replacing the "maximum" and the "minimum" bet)
