CreateMyBB Support Forums

Hello, just wondering here, how do I enable my forums to where I can edit the HTML of the forums, add cool plugins and more? Is that possible or do I have to move entirely to a new host. Someone please help me out, I'm dying here!

Plugins manually have to be added by us you can suggest them in the plugins forum

So do they cost me money? Or do I just post a thread and get them added to my forums that day?
