I messed up by putting myself as a registered instead of Administrator. It now say that The name that I registered cannot access the AdministratorCP...

Were you root admin or co-admin?

It doesn't matter. He just needs an administrator to help him out (P.S. He wouldn't be here posting this if he was a co-admin).
