in the plugin page i don't have a good plugin for forum reports.
i have this plugin, and i can upload it?
if the answer is yes how i upload it?

I don't think you can. The only time you can add your own uploads is if you have a copy of MyBB Installed with your web host, not createmybb, and you would need to add files to the FTP For plugin, and since you get no FTP Access here, I suggest asking the admins to install it for you.

Simplified:
In Plugin Requests, give the administrators a link to the plugin you want and say you want them to add it.
